Fee: ₹0 (Free)
Main Benefit: Free marketing access for your property.
Filtering Level: Basic (Zero filtering). Interested applicants will contact you directly.
Owner’s Role: Owner manages all calls and clarifies details.
2. Smart Filter Plan
Fee: ₹70
Main Benefit: A professional look for your listing through a dedicated webpage.
Filtering Level: Partial Filtering. We connect you only with candidates who agree to key prices like Rent and Advance.
Owner’s Role: Can significantly reduce initial contact time.
3. Gold Filtering Plan
Fee: ₹150
Main Benefit: Selection of the right tenant through full-scale filtering.
Filtering Level: Comprehensive Filtering. We only send you trustworthy candidates who have fully agreed to your property’s Rules and Rent terms.
Owner’s Role: Can focus solely on the final meeting and agreement.
4. VIP Flexible Plan
Fee: ₹200
Main Benefit: Zero Effort required from your side.
Filtering Level: All benefits of the Gold Plan + full management.
Owner’s Role: Simply send us photos and rules via WhatsApp. Our team handles the webpage creation, updates, and maintenance.
Important Note (For Google Forms Users):
Purpose of Collection: Your Email ID is collected solely for the purpose of sending you a confirmation copy of the rental property details submitted through the Form, for your verification.
Security: Your Email ID is protected under Google's security shield. It will never be shared for advertisements or with any third parties under any circumstances.
Key Observation: Even though we have your Email ID, we do not know your password, thus there will be no inconvenience. You can only use your Email ID to request the deletion of the details you have submitted at any time.
WhatsApp Exclusion: Those who send details via WhatsApp do not need to provide an Email ID.
Mandatory Action:
On the next page, please answer every question in the Google Form completely, and you must click the 'Submit' button at the end. If you fail to submit, the details you have provided will not be received by us.
No Commission Policy: Even if you find tenants through your own efforts or through our service, you are not required to pay us any Broker Commission, One-Time Settlement Fee, or additional charges. We strictly provide only information dissemination and filtering services.
